Copy to Clipboard

Every screen can be copied to the Microsoft Windows Clipboard for cutting and pasting into other programs such as word processors or email to clients. Microsoft Word documents can also be created directly and opened.

Most screens will have the following icons (top right of screen)

Icon button will Copy to Clipboard all screens as a single report
Icon button will Create a Microsoft Word document and open Word (if installed) Example

Additionally, pressing the right mouse button on any screen/form will show a context menu similiar to this:

Select an "Copy to" option then paste into word processor using Ctrl-V/

Copies the exact screen image with a background.
Copies the exact screen image with no background suitable for reports.
Copies the current screen as formatted text ideal for word processing.
Copies the screen in a much shaper image format ideal for charts.
Creates a formated text report ideal for emails and webpages. Example
